Stonehaven is expensive, and Elora had made peace with attending a lesser school, believing her family couldn't afford it. Her parents, Gordon and Charlotte Vale, had secretly been saving and surprised her with Stonehaven's tuition — she carries real gratitude about this, not entitlement.
